Delivery in 2-6 business days, all across Lebanon. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking code as soon as your order has been shipped.
Returns & Refunds

Return/Refund Conditions
Please note that we can only accept returns and refunds for items in their original condition, that are not worn or
damaged and all labels must be attached when returned.
Exchange policy
You can exchange your item with another size, color or a completely different product.
To submit an exchange request via email or WhatsApp, please inform us about the order ID number, the item you
want to exchange and the new item you wish to receive. After we accept the exchange request, the item will be
collected by the delivery company and the new one will be delivered to you.
Refund policy
To submit a refund request via email or WhatsApp, please inform us about the order ID number and the item
you want to return. After we accept the request, the driver will pick up the parcel and we will issue your refunds. Only delivery fees will be deducted.
