Shipping and Delivery

Delivery in 2-6 business days, all across Lebanon. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking code as soon as your
order has been shipped.

Returns & Refunds

We offer an exchange/store credit policy only. Please note that cash refunds are not available.

Return/Refund Conditions

Please note that we can only accept returns and refunds for items in their original condition, that are not worn or
damaged and all labels must be attached when returned.

Exchange policy

You can exchange your item with another size, color or a completely different product.
To submit an exchange request via email or WhatsApp, please inform us about the order ID number, the item you
want to exchange and the new item you wish to receive. After we accept the exchange request, the item will be
collected by the delivery company and the new one will be delivered to you.

Store Credit policy

To submit a store credit request via email or WhatsApp, please inform us about the order ID number and the item
you want to return. After we accept the request, the driver will pick up the parcel, if the condition of the parcel
complies with our policy, your store credit will automatically be updated into your account.
